At Luksusbaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period on all premium fashion and gear. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
